Meditation is the most important thing you will ever learn to keep your sanity, patience, peace of mind, and to experience the ever expanding joy that lies at your own center. A daily practice is needed if you would experience the life transforming power of meditation.

Maybe you believe that you can't meditate. You will still benefit if you simply try your best for 6 (or more) minutes per day. Even if it feels like an eternity at first, you'll soon crave your daily practice. Meditation will improve over time, and guidance helps.
